Each piece is made to order with care. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Damages or Issues:

If your artwork arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll make it right. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and email us at info@BuyWallArt.ca with photos so we can arrange a replacement.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with an exchange when possible, depending on the situation and product availability.
