What are your return and refund policies?
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receipt and ensure there are no visible signs of damage or missing pieces.
If you believe your purchase is incomplete or defective, we can help by replacing your damaged wall art.
Please send an email directly to info@BuyWallArt.ca with photos of your damaged wall art and we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when you can expect the replacement.
Returns due to buyers' remorse are not applicable.
We strongly recommend you measure the space for the intended artwork, as well as use our 'SEE IT ON YOUR WALL!' feature that can be found on each product page to ensure that you are satisfied with the piece of art prior to purchasing it.
We do not offer a refund option. However, we would be happy to exchange your product, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
Damages and Issues
